Mike McCallum (born December 7, 1956) is a Jamaican former professional boxer. McCallum is a former WBA light middleweight champion, WBA middleweight champion and WBC light heavyweight champion. After a professional career spanning 16 years, McCallum officially retired from the sport in February 1997. His final fight was against old nemesis and two-weight division world champion James Toney, in which he was defeated by unanimous decision after twelve rounds. McCallum has defeated seven champions in Ayub Kalule, Julian Jackson, Milton McCrory, Donald Curry, Steve Collins, Sumbu Kalambay and Jeff Harding. He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2003.
