Las Vegas (August 23, 2018) – 4-Time world champion Abner Mares has confirmed that he will appear, and hold a Meet & Greet with his fans at the Las Vegas Convention Center for the 4th Annual Box Fan Expo that will take place on Saturday September 15, 2018 from 10 am to 5pm, during Mexican Independence Day weekend. The Boxing Expo will also coincide with the highly anticipated rematch between Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez vs Gennady ‘GGG’ Golovkin, that will take place later that evening at the T-Mobile Arena.
Mares will make his 2nd appearance at this years’ Expo, at the adidas booth from 10.30am to 12pm where he will be signing gloves, photos and have merchandise for fans to enjoy. Boxing fans will also have a great opportunity to take pictures with this Boxing Star, who recently had an amazing performance this past June versus Leo Santa Cruz in a very close and competitive rematch at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. About Abner Mares
Mares who was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico is a Mexican-American professional boxer who formerly held the WBA (Regular) Featherweight Championship Title. Mares is a four-time world champion in three weight classes. Some of Mares most notable and exciting fights were against top level fighters, such as Vic Darchinyan, Joseph Agbeko, Anselmo Moreno, Daniel Ponce De Leon, Jhonny Gonzalez, Leo Santa Cruz and Jesus Cuellar from whom he won the WBA title on December 10th, 2016. His next Mega fight is rumored to be facing the undefeated and Super featherweight world champion Gervonta Davis.
